This is an awesome show hosted by Marcus Visionary, full of rare tunes, solid mixing and great reception. Prime throws down on Side A and for the first 15 minutes on Side B. Then guest DJ Don Renks steps in and spins a solid set with more rare tunes and even some exclusive dubplate action. We even have Caddy Cad for a bit on side B dropping a few lyrics. I really like this show, there's a lot of records spun here that I haven't heard anywhere else.
This tape is also the last tape in the collection from Colin, who's collection of tapes make up a large portion of jungletapes, especially the 98 era. Fitting that this is the last tape of his we have to share, he's the caller who wins the tickets to the FBI party on Side B!
Anyways, a big big shoutout to Colin for getting us into the jungle, being our chaperone for the Empire & Effect party (Summer 99) and keeping those tapes dry and safe until the time was right to turn them over for digitization for the website. Big up!
